Hebei Food Co. Ltd. was established in March 2019 and sits in the Qiang district of Habei province, where it covers more than 6,600 square metres and is a professional producer of fast-cooked food products. My company has solved the challenge of this technology, which is good, but hard to eat, by combining a complete and mature process of low-temperature vapour (under 100 degrees) with a process of physical flattening, so that the product does not lose its nutrients and maintains the raw taste of grain. It has also significantly reduced the evaporation time of the groceries products, thus achieving a high degree of sophistication and meeting the needs of the modern population for a fast-paced life.
The market is currently empty for fast-cooked groceries products, with only baking processes for products close to them, but the processing temperature for low-temperature baking products is 130-160 degrees, which is a killer of trace elements and vitamins. The production temperature of our products is below 100 degrees, with the maximum retention of trace elements and vitamins in the products. The products that are baking are fire foods with a different taste and do not deserve more. The problem does not arise with low-temperature steam, and the taste is no different from the taste of raw food.
